*Registration will open 2 months prior to service dates. *
Individuals and Groups of 9 or fewer: Click "Respond" to reserve your spots. Each person should register separately.
Groups (10 or more): If you are signing up as a Team Leader, please click "Register as a Team." Name your team, add yourself as the leader, then hit continue. Select the shift you wish to serve in and press "Finish." You will now be on the "My Teams " page, click "Manage Team" to add the names of all participating team members. Your un-named reserved spots will only be held until 2 weeks before your service date. At that time, any unused spots will be released to the public to ensure we get all the help we need.
Youth Volunteers (ages 5-17): Please view our updated Youth Policy effective October 1, 2025.
Dress Code: Due to safety concerns, all volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes (no sandals or flip flops). Please dress comfortably and respectfully as the temperature in our warehouse varies based on the season.
NO SHOW POLICY: Volunteers with more than 2 "no shows" within a one-week time frame will be unregistered for all future events without notice. This will allow individuals on the wait list and new participants to join us and ensure we can complete our planned projects.
*Note: Doors close at 8:00 AM SHARP due to low staffing on weekends. Please ensure you arrive before the scheduled start time to make check-in fast and easy!
